Our Pharmacists

Jon Martin, PharmD

Owner

Jon is our pharmacist in charge and owner. He is a Bryant native, who grew up less than 1 mile from our pharmacy and graduated from UAMS in 2010 with his PharmD.

Jon is passionate about the community he has always called home. When he is not at the pharmacy, he enjoys being Dad to Lainey and Tanner and spending time with his high school sweetheart Bricin. Jon enjoys working on classic cars, duck hunting, and attempting to play golf. Jon also serves on several boards of directors for organizations in Bryant and around Saline County and is so very blessed to be able to give back to his community however he can.

Clayton Isenberg, PharmD

Pharmacist in Charge

Clayton Isenberg is a Staff Pharmacist at Bryant Family Pharmacy. Clayton is originally from Paducah, Kentucky. He moved to Arkansas in 2011 to attend college at Harding University where he met his wife, Katherine. Clayton went on to attend Pharmacy School at UAMS where he graduated in 2018. In 2019 Clayton was blessed with the opportunity to join the team at Bryant Family Pharmacy. He and Katherine are proud parents of children Lena and Hoyt.

Clayton has a special interest in helping patients with diabetes, due to his family history in this disease state. When he is not working at the pharmacy, Clayton enjoys all things sports. From his passion for North Carolina basketball to his new found love for fantasy football, he is often found talking about sports. Clayton and his wife, Katherine, enjoy traveling and spending time with family – especially their niece and nephews. Clayton looks forward to continue partnering with the people of Saline County to achieve their health goals.

Kaitlin Wood, PharmD

Compounding

Kaitlin was born and raised in Bryant and is married to her high school sweetheart, Ben. They have two daughters, Bennett and Myla. They attend the Church at Rock Creek. Kaitlin graduated from UAMS in 2020 with her Doctorate of Pharmacy and has been a part of our team since then.

When she’s not at work she loves to spend time with her family, relax at the lake, and travel (especially to National Parks). She loves being a pharmacist and serving the community where she grew up!

Tyler Westbrook, PharmD

Tyler joined the Bryant Family Pharmacy Team in September 2023 after previously graduating from UAMS with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2007 and since then working in retail pharmacy in central Arkansas, central Colorado, tidewater Virginia, and the Washington D.C. greater-metro area. Tyler and her husband Lance have been married for 22 years and have a daughter named Emery and a son named Jameson. They are members of First United Methodist Church in Benton.

When not at work, Tyler spends her time attending her children’s many functions and visiting with relatives whom she has been less able to see in years past. Occasionally when time permits, she will watch a football game or catch an old episode of “Suits” on TV.

Natalie Novak, PharmD

Clinical Services

Natalie, our Resident Pharmacist, grew up on a ranch in the mountains of Northern Colorado, where she developed a love for the outdoors and a passion for showing horses. While attending West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX, she met her husband, Devin. Natalie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University College of Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA, in May 2024 before relocating to Arkansas to join our team in July. 

Natalie is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience in the pharmacy by providing comprehensive and innovative clinical services to our community. Through her work, she aims to enhance patient care and advocate for the profession of pharmacy while inspiring future pharmacists to do the same, both in practice and in the classroom. When she’s not at work, Natalie loves spending time outdoors, reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants, listening to live music, and cuddling with her two kitties Willow and Casca.

Nikki Seng, PharmD

Nikki was born and raised in the Shreveport/Bossier area of Louisiana. She attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe and received her PharmD in 2015 from ULM’s College of Pharmacy. She has worked in many different pharmacy settings, but serving the community and counseling patients is where her passion truly lies. 

Nikki has called Little Rock home since 2017 and lives with her husband Ian and their little black cat named Stevie. They enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and trying new foods. When not in the pharmacy, Nikki is usually traveling with her hubby, spending time with loved ones, and loving on her many nieces and nephews.

Ryan Harris, PharmD

MedSync

Ryan joined the Bryant Family team in July 2024. He is a 2018 graduate of the UAMS College of Pharmacy and has served patients in Central Arkansas his entire career. Ryan’s passion in pharmacy is finding economical solutions to healthcare needs. He also enjoys a good joke so please excuse his attempts at comedy.

Outside of the pharmacy, Ryan spends most of his days enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and kids. During the fall/winter,  you can find Ryan and his family chasing deer and ducks across the Natural State. His wife kindly asks that you not introduce him to any additional hunting or fishing pursuits. An avid supporter of Razorback athletics, don’t forget to ask his opinions on play-calling and recruiting.
